The analysis shows that i have a distant relationship with this filamentous fungi. A.oryzae is used extensively in the fermentation industry and secretes amylases to break down carbohydrates. I strongly believe that the unknown protein is definitely an enzyme , which explains my superior eating abilities and the reason i was given this name.
